How many invoices can I scan or input?

You can only input a maximum of 5 invoices per day.

Site is taking too long to upload an invoice?

Please be patient, it can take up to a minute to load the invoice. Resubmitting will make it slower. If you have not seen a response within 3 minutes please try again. If this doesn't work please contact us using this form.

Site is taking too long to change Invoice status?

Make sure you process the invoice by clicking REFRESH in the 'PROCESS' TAB. Please be patient, it can up to a minute to process the invoice and calculate your prize draw entries and spins. Re-submitting will make it slower.

Site shows the wrong qualifying sales or entries?

Make sure you process the invoice by clicking REFRESH in the 'PROCESS' TAB. Only THORNeco sales are included as Qualifying Sales for your prize draw entries and spins. If you think the value is incorrect, please fill in the form below, email or give us a call.

Problems with invoices submitted manually?

Invoices submitted manually cannot be tracked in detail on the PROCESS Results Page. You can see your invoice results on the INVOICES tab and your play codes on the PLAY tab. If you don't think the details and play codes generated are correct please contact us using the form below, email us or give us a call, using the details below.

What do the different Invoice Statuses mean?

Uploading
Your invoice is on it's way to our website, on slower connections this can take a little longer.

Scanning
Our website is working it's magic reading your invoice, checking it and calculating your game plays.

Processed
Your invoice is done! If you earned play codes they will now be in the list on the right.

Flagged
It sees our website is struggling to read your invoice, try uploading it again, with the whole invoice in picture on a plain background. If your still having trouble get in touch.

Duplicate
We think we've seen this invoice before, if you think this is in error, please get in touch.
