I can’t see the registration form?

You can access the registration page via the website navigation menu or by clicking the "Register / Scan" button on the homepage.

I can’t find my Distributor or Branch? (UK & ROI)

You must be an approved Thorn Lighting Distributor / Wholesaler to take part in this promotion. Please contact your Account Manager if you can't see your company name to complete the registration process. If your Distributor is not listed, please select "Other" and manually enter your Distributor name. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the support team using the details below.

The site says my email address has been registered

You may already have an account, or someone within your organisation may have registered using a shared company email address such as sales@ or info@.

Please try:

Using a different email address
Using the password reset function
Checking with colleagues within your organisation
