THORN LIGHTING 'LIGHT UP AND WIN' PROMOTION 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECTION 1: THE PROMOTER

1. The Promoter is ZG Lighting UK Limited with company number 02851586 of ZG Lighting UK Limited, Chiltern Park, Chiltern Hill, Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire, SL9 9FG ("Promoter").
2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the THORN Lighting "Light Up and Win" Promotion 2026 ("Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. If you do not agree with these Terms you may not enter the competition. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter's decision is final in relation to all aspects of the promotion. Please check these Terms regularly to ensure that you understand the conditions that apply at the time you enter the competition.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, refuse to award any reward or prize, or disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any amendments will be published on the Promotion website and shall apply from the date of publication. The Promoter recommends that entrants review these Terms and Conditions regularly during the Promotion Period.
6. The Promotion is open to:
   • Professional installers, electricians, electrical contractors and electrical engineers; and
   • Electrical wholesalers and authorised THORNeco distributors,
   aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
7. Employees of the Promoter, Zumtobel Group companies, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
8. The Promotion will run from 1 June 2026 until 24 July 2026 inclusive ("Promotion Period").
9. All qualifying purchases, registrations and invoice submissions must be completed by 23:59 on 24 July 2026 (BST- British Summer Time). Late registrations will not be accepted.
10. The Promotion applies only to qualifying THORNeco product purchases excluding VAT.
11. Qualifying purchases must relate only to eligible THORNeco products as determined by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any products, product ranges or transactions from the Promotion at its discretion.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed (lost, damaged or delayed) due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, including programming code, databases or software used in the promotion, satellite, telecommunications, network or server failure of any kind.
13. The decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

SECTION 2: INSTALLER PROMOTION UK ONLY

How to Enter

1. To participate in the Installer Promotion, installers must:

a.Register via the designated Promotion website;

b.Provide all required registration information including:
• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Distributor or Thorn Account Manager details
• Industry/profession

c.Purchase qualifying THORNeco products from Thorn or an approved Thorn Lighting distributor during the Promotion Period;

d.Upload or scan qualifying invoices clearly showing eligible purchases. Invoices that do not scan correctly or scans that are flagged as duplicate, do not contain qualifying sales or are illegible, do not qualify and do not contribute towards you spend total.

e. Accept these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy.

f. Installers acknowledge and agree that the wholesaler or authorised THORNeco distributor from whom qualifying purchases are made and Thorn, may have access to certain Promotion-related information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, validating qualifying spend and calculating wholesaler rewards. Such information may include installer company name, registration status and qualifying sales values.

g. Installers acknowledge that qualifying spend information may be shared between the Promoter and participating wholesalers and Thorn, solely for the purposes of Promotion administration, verification, reward qualification and fraud prevention in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

h. Before issuing rewards, the Promoter reserves the right to verify wholesaler and installer registrations and qualifying spend with Installer Companies, Wholesaler's Head Offices, and other means deemed necessary.

Installer Rewards – UK ONLY

1. Installers will qualify for rewards based on cumulative qualifying spend, excluding VAT, during the Promotion Period as follows:

£1,500	Football boots, via a £45 e-code
£3,000	Football shirt of choice via a £95 e-code
£5,000	Automatic inclusion in the promotional Prize Draw

1. Reward thresholds are not cumulative. Entrants shall qualify only for the highest applicable reward tier achieved during the Promotion Period.
2. Customers achieving the £5,000 qualifying spend threshold during the Promotion Period will automatically be included in the Installer Prize Draw.
3. A maximum of one (1) Prize Draw entry may be awarded per qualifying installer unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Installer Prize Draw. Eligible installers may alternatively enter the Installer Prize Draw without making a purchase by sending their full name, company name, email address, telephone number and the words "THORN Light Up and Win Entry" by email to info@my-rewardshub.com or by post to Thorn Lighting, c/o A&I Promotions Team, A&I Events, One Lea House, 211 Loughborough Road, Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, LE12 7AR so that it is received no later than 24 July 2026. Only one free entry per eligible installer will be accepted.
5. There are four (4) pairs of football tickets available to be won in the Installer Prize Draw.
6. Ticket prizes are subject to availability and match selection by the Promoter.
7. Travel, accommodation, food, beverages and personal expenses are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Installer Rewards – Europe ONLY

1. Installers will qualify for rewards based on cumulative qualifying spend, excluding VAT, during the Promotion Period as follows:

SECTION 3: WHOLESALER PROMOTION – UK ONLY

Registration & Qualification

1. Electrical wholesalers and authorised THORNeco distributors may participate in the Wholesaler Promotion.
2. To participate in the wholesaler Promotion, wholesalers must:

a.Register via the designated Promotion website;

b.Provide all required registration information including:
• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Distributor details

1. Participating wholesalers who register for the Promotion will receive a promotional POS Kit, subject to availability. This kit includes:

a.A Large Strut Card

b.A Counter top Strut Card

c.A set of QR Cards

1. To qualify, wholesalers must meet the following minimum criteria:

a.Register a minimum of ten (10) installers onto the Promotion; and

b.Ensure registered installers collectively spend a minimum of £2,500, excluding VAT, on qualifying THORNeco products during the Promotion Period.

c.Place an order to Thorn for £1,500 of qualifying THORNeco products

1. Before issuing rewards, the Promoter reserves the right to verify wholesaler and installer registrations and qualifying spend with Installer Companies, Wholesaler's Head Offices, and other means deemed necessary.

Wholesaler Rewards – UK ONLY

1. Qualifying wholesalers will receive rewards based on qualifying order values, excluding VAT, as follows:

1. Eligible wholesalers whose qualifying purchases reach £5,000 during the Promotion Period will automatically be included in the Wholesaler Prize Draw.
2. Wholesaler rewards are calculated based on qualifying THORNeco net order values, excluding VAT. Orders which are cancelled, refunded, credited or subject to return shall not qualify.
3. Wholesaler voucher rewards are not cumulative. Only one £50 reward may be claimed per qualifying wholesaler order of £1,500.
4. A maximum of one (1) entry into the Wholesaler Prize Draw is permitted per qualifying wholesaler.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter the Wholesaler Prize Draw. Eligible wholesalers may alternatively enter the Wholesaler Prize Draw without making a purchase by sending their full name, company name, email address, telephone number words "THORN Light Up and Win Entry" by email to info@my-rewardshub.com or by post to Thorn Lighting, c/o A&I Promotions Team, A&I Events, One Lea House, 211 Loughborough Road, Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, LE12 7AR so that it is received no later than 24 July 2026. Only one free entry per eligible wholesaler will be accepted.
6. There is (1) pair of football tickets available to be won in the Wholesaler Prize Draw.
7. Team vouchers will be issued electronically unless otherwise specified.
8. Team vouchers are subject to the issuing provider's applicable terms and conditions.

SECTION 4: GENERAL PRIZE & REWARD CONDITIONS

1. All rewards and prizes are subject to availability.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any reward or prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
3. Rewards and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives.
4. Rewards and prizes may not be sold, auctioned, transferred or advertised for resale.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold, cancel or recover any reward, voucher, Prize Draw entry or prize where qualifying purchases are subsequently refunded, cancelled, credited or found to be invalid.
6. The images featured in promotional materials are for illustrative only and actual rewards or prizes may vary.
7. E-codes and vouchers will be issued to the email address supplied during registration.
8. Physical rewards will be delivered to the address provided by the entrant.
9. EUROPE – The Football table will be delivered within 8 weeks of the promotion end date
10. Qualifying purchases are made at ordinary commercial rates and no additional payment is required in order to participate in any Prize Draw.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for rewards, vouchers or prizes which are lost, delayed, damaged, failed or misdirected caused by third-party providers due to inaccurate information supplied by entrants or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
12. No refund or reimbursement will be made for costs incurred in participation unless expressly stated.

SECTION 5: PRIZE DRAWS & FOOTBALL TICKET PRIZES - NOT EUROPE

1. "Prize Draw" means the random selection process used to determine winners of football ticket prizes.
2. Prize Draw winners will be selected at random from all eligible qualifying entrants within 14 days of 24 July 2026.
3. The draw will be conducted using a randomised process by the Promoter or its appointed agency.
4. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at registration.
5. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, declines the prize, or fails verification checks, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to continue selecting alternative winners until all prizes are validly claimed.
7. Football ticket prizes are subject to availability, fixture scheduling, venue capacity, and the terms and conditions of the relevant football club, venue operator and ticket issuer.
8. Match dates, venues and ticket allocations may change without notice and are outside the Promoter's control.
9. Travel, accommodation and personal expenses are excluded.
10. Winners and guests must comply with all venue and ticket conditions.

SECTION 6: VERIFICATION & DISQUALIFICATION

1. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase, invoices, identity, address and trade status.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify wholesaler and installer registrations and qualifying spend with Installer Companies, Wholesaler's Head Offices, and other means deemed necessary.
3. The Promoter may disqualify entrants providing false or misleading information.
4. Duplicate, altered, manipulated, illegible or fraudulent invoices will not be accepted.
5. Each invoice may only be submitted once and must clearly identify the qualifying purchase(s), net value, supplier and transaction date.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to audit claims.
7. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant suspected of abusing, manipulating or undermining the fair operation of the Promotion.
8. The decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

SECTION 7: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for technical errors, system failures or incorrect submissions.
3. The Promoter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
4. The Promotion may be suspended, amended or cancelled where necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.

SECTION 8: DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
2. Data will be used for administration, verification, fulfilment and contact purposes.
3. Promotion communications (administration of the promotion). By entering the promotion, you agree that the Promoter and/or its appointed agency may contact you by email and/or SMS for the purposes of administering the promotion. This includes (without limitation) registration confirmation, tracking of spend and/or scan activity, progress updates, eligibility verification, reward tier status, reward selection, and fulfilment of rewards. These communications are necessary for participation in and proper administration of the promotion.
4. Operational contact (support and queries). By entering the promotion, you agree that the Promoter and/or its appointed agency may contact you by email and/or telephone where reasonably required in relation to the administration of the promotion. This may include resolving queries relating to participation data (including spend or scan volumes), correcting or verifying account information, confirming eligibility, and managing reward entitlement and delivery. These communications are necessary for the operation of the promotion.
5. Marketing communications (optional and separate). Any marketing communications about the Promoter's products, services, or future promotions will only be sent where you have provided separate, optional opt-in consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting your participation in this promotion.
6. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity.
7. The Promoter may publish first name, surname, company name and county of winners.
8. Entrants may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published be reduced by contacting the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to regulatory authorities including the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

SECTION 9: GENERAL

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and purchases.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, withhold or invalidate any claim or reward where it reasonably believes that these Terms and Conditions have been breached or where fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity is suspected.
3. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
4. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with Scottish jurisdiction rights preserved.
5. Statutory rights are not affected.
6. The Promoter's Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy apply.
